Refund & Return Policy – Lip Liner by Odé

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Lip Liner by Odé product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • The box must show no signs of opening, use, or tampering.

If these conditions are met, your return or exchange request may be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product has been opened.

  • The product has been used.

  • The product is returned in a condition other than new.

Exchanges
